Distribution system for temperature-sensitive vaccines. In less than 6 months, a highly successful distribution
network of over 400 hubs and 9,500 end-user sites were set-up, equipped and functional throughout North and
South America. Supply chain management, logistics, regulatory compliance, operations management.
Dialysis Clinics. Four clinical networks were designed, constructed, equipped and operating in six Carribean
countries. Procurement, construction management, engineering, logistics, operations management & staffing.
Medical Equipment Procurement and Distribution to the Middle East and North/South Africa. Procurement and
specialty branding, software programming, infrastructure planning, logistics, supply chain management and
distribution of highly specialized medical devices for use in remote medicine applications.
New Hospital. Engineering, construction and logistics management/support for $750m hospital campus in
Montevideo, Uruguay. From ground-floor planning to current operational management support.
Medical Tourism. A network of over 350 clinics and hospitals contracted, promoted and managed with strict
execution of quality controls, reporting protocols and industry/regulatory compliance protocols. Asia, Europe,
